HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS

Welcome to White Wharf Beach Resort, Morjim, Goa!

To keep things smooth, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that you follow these simple guidelines during your stay.

  1. Check-in & Check-out
  1. Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 Noon
  2. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  3. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
  1. Room Occupancy & Visitors
  1. The number of guests per room must match the booking details.
  2. Visitors are welcome until 7:00 PM; overnight stays by non-registered guests are not allowed.
  3. Unregistered guests staying overnight may result in additional charges.
  1. Payment Policy
  1. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
  2. Full payment, including an incidental deposit, must be made before check-in.
  3. All additional charges must be settled at check-out.
  4. Any damages or unpaid dues will be billed accordingly.
  5. Cancellation policies are based on the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  1. Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 3 days before arrival (by 2:00 PM local time) for a full refund.
  2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival will be charged for one night’s stay (including taxes).
  3. No-Show: Failure to check in without prior notice may result in a full booking charge at the hotel’s discretion.
  4. Early Departures: No refunds will be given for early check-outs.
  5. Group & Special Event Bookings: Different cancellation policies may apply for group reservations, peak season stays, and promotional offers. These will be outlined at the time of booking.
  1. Smoking & Alcohol Policy
  1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking zones are available.
  2. A cleaning fee will be applied for violations of the non-smoking policy.
  3. Alcohol consumption is permitted in hotel bars and restaurants, but public intoxication or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
  1. Safety & Security
  1. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Use the in-room safe for valuables.
  2. Any suspicious activity should be reported to the front desk.
  3. Guests must follow fire exits and emergency procedures if required.
  1. Pet Policy
  1. Pets are not allowed on the property.
  1. Housekeeping & Maintenance
  1. Housekeeping operates daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Use the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign if you prefer privacy.
  2. Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account.
  1. Use of Hotel Facilities
  1. Pool, gym, spa, and other amenities are available during designated hours and must be used as per posted guidelines.
  2. The hotel is not liable for accidents or injuries while using facilities.
  1. Prohibited Activities
  1. Illegal activities, including drug use, gambling, and solicitation, are strictly prohibited on the property.
  2. Any violations will be reported to the authorities, and guests may be required to leave without a refund.
  1. Management Rights
  1. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates these rules or engages in inappropriate behaviour.
  2. Guests who fail to comply may be asked to leave without a refund.

Child & Extra Bed Policy

  1. Child Policy: As per the booking terms.
  2. Extra Bed Policy: Based on availability and subject to additional charges.
